lovely balloon sparkling wine perfect location
I received a lovely balloon and sparkling wine with cookies in my room. Everyone was SO nice and accommodating . The location next to the London Eye was PERFECT for seeing all major attractions!

my stay included many positives. i checked in smoothly and received a super clean room. the river view provided a nice backdrop each day. the fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to keep up with my exercise routine. staff members offered quick assistance.
The corridors felt a little dark. The wood paneling made the area seem smaller.

The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently, and requests were addressed promptly. i appreciated the warm greetings i received each time i entered the hotel. It felt very cute. this level of attention.

Really good Stay near Iconic Landmarks!
superb location excellent selection clean pool area
The location is superb. It is close to many attractions. The gin selection at the bar is excellent. The pool area is very clean. I watched my children swim. The shower was powerful. I appreciated it after traveling from Paris.
Check-in presented an issue. I didn't have my photo ID. I felt uncomfortable.

The hotel boasts a very clean wellness area. It has a large pool. I observed the excellent fitness center, which includes several modern machines, as well as a relaxation area with comfortable loungers!

Breakfast at the Library offered quality and a perfect blend of tastes! Sanda, Raj, and Zandra provided excellent dining experiences. Diane, their supervisor, clearly ensures the staff gives great care to guests, and I am grateful.

The staff was professional and warm from arrival to departure. Javpeer facilitated a room upgrade without difficulty. Tanvin's welcome was amazing. I found Monika and Jay friendly at The Library restaurant. I am thankful.

I had an very nice stay! Justin provided a courteous check-in. The location proved convenient to landmarks and transportation. The M Club lounge service was great, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
The gym is small. It's really more of a space with some equipment.
